Todd Wendland – Certified Welding Inspector
Recently Todd Wendland became an AWS QC1 level, certified welding inspector. Todd has been a welder with Entech Creative for 14 years and a certified welder for more than 30. That Todd received an American Welding Society certification as a welding inspector is further evidence of Todd’s lifelong commitment to self improvement and professional development
As Entech’s in-house welding inspector, Todd works in conjunction with the engineering and fabrication departments to ensure Entech‘s welding program produces quality products that conform to both the customer’s specifications and applicable codes. He is also qualified to train welders and develop and introduce new welding processes and procedures.
Todd’s contribution ensures quality conformance and enhanced efficiencies in the structures and machinery we build. Recently for example, Todd developed a new and innovative carbon steel welding procedure specification for in-position welds. Using the new procedure specification dramatically reduces the time needed to make the weld while simultaneously improving its’ appearance.
Todd is another committed person at Entech Creative who contributes his talents and expertise to the creation of excellent projects.
